PCB Partners advises Reply on the acquisition of Graymatter and Forcology.
October 28, 2021
Reply S.p.A. has acquired 100% of the share capital in Comwrap GmbH, a European leader in professional services for cloud native digital platforms based on Adobe Experience Cloud and Ibexa DXP. With deep expertise in digital experience, Comwrap’s c. 85 employees will become part of Reply’s network of technology platform.
PCB started the mandate in March and completed the transaction in October. Commenting on the transaction, Riccardo Lodigiani, Head of M&A Reply said:
“Our partnership with PCB continues with them finding us high quality off-market, under-the-radar assets in the Technology Consulting and Digital Services ecosystems. Delivering to the brief quickly and sensitively, the differentiated PCB approach and deep industry experience was the key factor in closing out the deal, and we look forward to continuing this important partnership to help Reply’s inorganic expansion in the year ahead.”
