PCB Partners advises Accenture on the acquisition of Mudano, a strategic data consultancy to U.K. financial services firms.

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has entered into an agreement to acquire Mudano, a specialist data consultancy serving financial services organisations across the U.K. The transaction will further expand Accenture’s capabilities in analytics, data and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven transformation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Mudano’s team of data specialists will become part of Accenture’s Applied Intelligence business, a global practice of more than 20,000 professionals dedicated to helping clients scale AI solutions, including approximately 6,000 data scientists, data engineers and AI experts. Mudano’s sector-focused data advisory capabilities and technology-led solutions will complement Accenture’s existing strengths, enhancing the firm’s ability to help clients deliver measurable outcomes and generate stronger returns from large-scale transformation initiatives.
