PCB Partners acted as exclusive buy-side advisor to Lutech, back by Apax Funds, on their acquisition of Sweeft, a Spanish company active in the technology consulting and digital marketing sectors.

The signing has now taken place as Lutech, backed by Apax Funds have acquired the cloud and cybersecurity business of Sweeft, a Spanish company listed on BME Growth and active in the technology consulting and digital marketing sectors.

This transaction represents a key step in Lutech’s international expansion strategy, significantly strengthening their presence in Spain and consolidating the Group’s positioning in cloud services and security.

PCB acted as the exclusive Buy Side Advisor’s to Lutech on this acquisition in Spain, having originally been the M&A Advisor’s to Lutech and Apax Funds on the acquisition of Atos Italia.
