We have followed Mark and Ben Weinberg‘s story growing Prime Networks into a hugely successful buy-and-build managed services platform;

But, as with every deal, this was ultimately about finding the right home for a great business and achieving the best possible outcome for its founders, its team and its future.

Focus Group, backed by Hg, feels like a brilliant next chapter for Prime and I’m delighted to see the two businesses come together.
