PCB Partners advises Accenture on the acquisition of Parker Fitzgerald, a strategic advisor and consulting partner to leading global financial institutions.

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired Parker Fitzgerald, a specialist consulting and advisory firm serving leading global financial institutions. The acquisition will further strengthen Accenture’s Finance and Risk practice by expanding its capabilities across risk, regulatory advisory and financial technology. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2008 in the aftermath of the global financial crisis, Parker Fitzgerald provides advisory, assurance and technology-led solutions to financial services organisations. The firm supports clients in addressing financial and non-financial risk, responding to regulatory requirements and adopting innovative financial technologies, helping institutions manage complexity and improve risk-adjusted performance.

The addition of Parker Fitzgerald’s deep regulatory expertise and advisory capabilities will complement Accenture’s consulting and technology strengths. Together, the firms will enhance Accenture’s ability to support clients in navigating an increasingly complex risk and regulatory landscape across the global financial services sector.
