PCB Partners advises Reply on the acquisition of Mansion House Consulting, a leading Financial Services consultancy.

Reply S.p.A. has acquired 100% of the share capital in Mansion House Consulting and its subsidiaries, an international business and technology consultancy focused exclusively on the Financial Services sector. Specialising in Change Management, they deliver solutions and services to a base of Tier 1 clients in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia-Pac including some of the leading names within the financial services industry.

PCB started the mandate in May and completed the transaction in December. Commenting on the transaction, Riccardo Lodigiani, Head of M&A Reply said:
