PCB Partners advises Reply on the acquisition of Airwalk, a leading cloud transformation consultancy.

Reply S.p.A. has acquired 100% of the share capital in Airwalk and its subsidiaries, a company specialized in innovative services based on design and consulting models defined according to the paradigms of Cloud Computing.

PCB started the mandate in April and completed the transaction in November. Commenting on the transaction, Riccardo Lodigiani, Head of M&A Reply said:
