James has 20 years experience in the technology, digital, consulting and human capital management sectors. He was a founding member of one of the UK’s leading executive search organisations, with a focus on board level & managing partner retained searches for tier 1 international technology and consulting firms. During this period, James initiated, shaped and secured an industry first; a multi-year outsourced executive hire contract with an eminent global system’s integrator. He was a key member of the executive team that successfully exited the firm post their management buyout by the Manpower Group in 2013 .

James has most recently successfully exited as a founding partner of one of the UK’s foremost digital, bespoke luxury furniture brands.
