Meet our
co-founders
Ben Doltis and Tim Farazmand co-founded PCB Partners after meeting during the process of Ben selling his first business. Tim was Managing Director at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Bank – and although Ben decided not to sell his firm in 2013 to LDC, Tim and Ben still subsequently got together in 2018 to create a very different kind of M&A advisory firm, which stayed true to Ben’s entrepreneurial heritage, whilst at the same time understanding the very specific needs of multinational corporations.
Together they have gathered a team of accomplished entrepreneurs and big-company veterans to provide buy-side and sell-side services, and assist growth companies on their capital raising – with a focus on disruptive technologies, digital transformation, management consulting and creative marketing services businesses.
“We’ve been there, done it and really know how to realise value effectively.”

Discover the services we offer.
We provide sell-side services with a focus on disruptive technologies, digital transformation, management consulting and digital marketing businesses.
We’ve built businesses from scratch, financed their growth, added other companies to them and sold them. So we know being an entrepreneur is about far more than just business. That’s why entrepreneurs talk to us, when they don’t talk to anyone else.
This means on the buy-side, we can give you access to companies other M&A firms cannot, many of whose owners haven’t considered selling before. We personally broker the transaction through to a successful conclusion and also, crucially, validate the incoming leadership teams and fully understand the succession plans being put in place for the next generation of leaders coming through.
