Ben Co-Founded  PCB Partners, the Mergers & Acquisitions corporate finance firm in 2018. PCB had established itself as the market leader for buy-side and sell side services in the Tech and digital transformation marketplace. 

Ben previously founded the SJB Group in 2003, and built it into the market-leading executive search firm in digital and management consulting. In 2011, he identified an opportunity to grow the company by acquiring a specialist healthcare recruiter from Atos Origin, which he integrated into the SJB Group, transforming it into the largest staffing company in its field.

In 2013, aged 31, Ben sold the SJB Group of companies to the ManpowerGroup, and managed its transition through to 2015.

Ben also holds additional advisory roles with early-stage tech investments, is Chair for the Business Launch Group at The King’s Trust and Chair’s the Fundraising Advisory Board for the charity, Grief Encounter.
