Khilan Shah is our Head of Sellside Practice and a Partner at PCB. Khilan is a seasoned tech M&A banker and Chartered Accountant with over 20+ years’ M&A experience, centred around digital engineering / transformation and tech enabled services. Prior to PCB, Khilan was at Strata Technology Partners and PwC Corporate Finance where he has advised on numerous UK and cross-border tech M&A deals.
