After 18 months of COVID travel restrictions, I FINALLY made it to the US and spent some quality time with Ramone Param.
I’m delighted to announce that Ramone has been appointed to Managing Director of our North American business. Ramone will be leading PCB Partners continued expansion into the region.
PCB Partners, global M&A advisory firm with a focus on serving digital and consulting businesses, has announced its expansion into North America with the appointment of Ramone Param based in New York to Managing Director of the region.
The founding of PCB Partners’ North American business is an important milestone reflecting the firm’s emphasis on strengthening its relationships and engagement with entrepreneurs, strategic buyers and private equity investors in the technology and consulting sector, and expanding on PCB Partners proven track record thus far in the region. PCB Partners presence in New York supports the firm’s global team headquartered in London with additional presence in Mumbai, Shanghai, Sydney and Tel Aviv.

Ramone Param has been appointed to Managing Director of PCB Partners in North America. Ramone will also lead global operations for the firm. Ramone was formerly a director of Equiteq and part of the initial team that formed their North American business. He was also a founding member of PwC’s Global Corporate Development team advising the network on acquisitions in the consulting and technology space globally. Ramone is a regular guest speaker and student liaison for the DCE Management Consulting course at Harvard University. Ramone has also been listed as an Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor.
