Steven brings more than 30 years of corporate finance, strategic growth advisory and corporate development experience with respect to a variety of industry verticals. Steven served in various senior-level capacities in the M&A departments of PaineWebber Inc., Morgan Grenfell & Co. and the leveraged buyout firm of Kluge Subotnick Perkowski & Co. Thereafter, Steven served for more than 12 years as a senior partner in the Chairman’s Office of PwC, acting as Global Head of Corporate Development and Inorganic Growth Strategy for the firm. Steven also served as Vice Chairman of Equiteq Inc.

Steven graduated with honors from Lehigh University having received a B.S. in Accounting, minoring in International Law and received his J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School as well as an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU Law School. Steven completed the Director Education and Certification Program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management as well as several executive education programmes at Harvard Business School. Steven was admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey (inactive status). He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
