Matthew has enjoyed a 35-year career in the Marketing Services sector working across UK, Europe, USA and Australia. As an entrepreneur he founded, grew and sold BMF, a market leading Australian creative agency with 250 FTE’s, into a larger marketing services group.
Matthew then became CEO of Enero, the publicly listed company which acquired his business. He led the successful turn-around of this international group including several buy side transactions. He concluded his Enerorole in March 2020.
In addition to his role with PCB Partners Matthew is a Board Director of Campos, a leading coffee company, along with consulting to various businesses in the football, footwear and private wealth management sectors.
